Coon Holler Students Aiden Halterman and Halle Newman Attend Bluegrass Camp in Tennessee

Coon Holler students, Aiden Halterman and Halle Newman traveled all the way to Maryville, Tennessee, this summer to attend Steve Kaufman's Acoustic Kamp during the camp's bluegrass week. According to the camp website, Kaufman Kamps are "designed to gather musicians of all levels from around the globe with common goals-learning, playing, eating and sleeping music." Aiden sings and plays the upright bass as his primary instrument with The Coon Holler Kids. Halle sings and plays fiddle with The Grass Seeds. Check out the video of Aiden performing on the Kamp stage during open mic night with Steve Kaufman himself and several other talented Kamp participants! We are proud of both Aiden and Halle for dedicating an entire week of their summer to improve their abilities and create some great memories too!
